Welcome!
I am So grateful you are here…
Come in, stay awhile. You are welcome here.
As you are, flaws and all.
For your “flaws” are what make you unique, interesting, and alive.
We are only human.
How boring life would be with a lack of flaws, stories to share, lessons to share with each other, pain to learn from and reflect on how much we’ve grown.
Come, share, stay awhile, be yourself…Life is too short to be anything that doesn’t light you up, set your soul on fire, and radiate outwards.
You were created to share, be seen, be heard, to be loved, just as you are.
You do not need to be perfect around me. Reconnect with the soft animal residing within your heart. The little child within you, tugging on your shirt to go outside and play in the mud puddles. Clothes can be washed. Oh, how hard we try to act perfect, look photo ready, pretend nothing is amiss in our tumultuous, busy lives. A world we have access to 24/7 through media, and beyond into deep space, and vast oceans. Our primal, prehistoric bodies have never experienced a world quite like this. We’re no longer spending the majority of our days, foraging, scouting for food and evading threats for safety. No wonder our sensitive bodies and nervous systems are struggling with all of this input…
With this new influx of information coming at us, we have new opportunities to connect with people unlike ever before. We can meet new kindred spirits thousands of miles away, oceans away even. We can watch tutorials, research topics online without a trip to the library or to an expert. What a wild world we live in! Imagine explaining that phenomena with our ancestors?
We also have access to our abundant, rich, deeply rooted inner worlds that exist within each of us. For some that may evoke fear, sadness, discomfort. With gentle curiosity, self-compassion, and support from those who help us feel loved unconditionally, we can tune inwards and find what makes us so unique and valuable. There is no one quite like you. We are such wonderful creations. We are a dynamic recombination of so many generations before us that loved one another, had eventful lives of their own, dreamed about their grandchildren, and created us. They make up a piece of us, shared DNA, stories, and lineage.
Together, we will dip our toes into your dynamic inner world. We may discover what needs a little boost of support, recognize the glimmering treasures that go unnoticed, and show compassion for the inner child that just wants a big hug.
I promise to hold space for you, bear gentle witness as you let go of what is no longer serving you, and step into the light of who you are becoming.

I believe we all were created to be unique. To embrace our individual gifts we are born with, to learn from each other, navigate seasons of growth that may be difficult, to seasons where flourishing comes with ease, and to bear witness to each other’s dynamic beauty.
I believe for everyone to flourish, we all have different requirements, much like a plant. I believe at the foundation, we all need to be seen fully with compassion, fully heard even when our voice quivers, and embraced abundantly as we are here and now. We create ripples of change when we show compassion and care for each other, it’s as simple as that. We all just want to feel seen, heard, and loved as we are.
