Reiki/Energy Healing

I use Usui Reiki and other energy healing techniques to create a holistic approach that supports your mind, body, and spirit in finding their natural balance, promoting your highest good without causing any harm.

Reiki, a gentle form of energy healing originating in Japan, it can be a powerful tool for reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, alleviating pain, and promoting overall well-being. During a typical Reiki session, you will remain fully clothed while comfortably positioned on a massage table or seated in a chair. The practitioner will gently place their hands on or near your body to channel healing energy.

Mediumship Services
During our session, I will create a safe and sacred space for you to connect with your spirit guides and loved ones who have passed on (including pets). I use my intuition and mediumship abilities to bridge the gap and bring through messages of love, guidance, and healing.

Energy healing is a type of complementary and alternative medicine technique that the intention is to balance the flow of energy in the mind, body & spirit. It is based on the idea that energy flows through the human body and can become dysregulated from everyday life stressors and beyond. It is said to reduce stress and anxiety, and promote overall well-being.
Reiki is a form of energy healing, originating in Japan. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy." Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion.
Benefits:
Everyone has a different experience, but many have reported: reduce stress and anxiety, improved sleep quality, alleviation of pain, a boosted immune system, improved emotional well-being, enhanced focus and clarity, etc.

We will catch up beforehand and go over anything you noticed after your last session or if anything big/new is happening that might need some extra love and attention.
You will be lying face up, fully clothed on a massage table. There will be blankets available to make you as relaxed and cozy as possible. There will be gentle music playing and the lights are dimmed for optimal relaxation. I will be gently moving my hands above your body as I sense what areas need some attention.
Afterwards, we will share what we both noticed during the session.

Seated near each other, I will invite in my Spirit Guides and yours to watch over and guide us. Our Higher Powers will protect us both individually and separately as we open an energy connection for me to receive messages around your question/s.

It’s all about comfort. Wear something comfy and whatever you feel coziest in. I won't judge you if you're wearing your favorite oversized sweatpants and hoodie, stains, rips, and all. You will stay clothed during every session. You may want layers to shed in case you get too warm, I have blankets to provide extra warmth. I will try my best to accommodate the space to help you feel as relaxed as possible.
Get cozy and come as you are. You are welcome here, flaws and all.

When I receive energy healing, I feel like I’ve had a massage, but also like I've just had a great conversation with an old friend too. I feel relaxed, sleepy, and inspired. Most people feel very peaceful, relaxed, maybe even a bit tired, or similar to how you may feel after a massage. You may have new insights during and after the session, let them flow up and out. They're from deep within, but all a part of you. How amazing our mind and bodies are! You may have interesting dreams that night, or you may sleep very deeply… everyone is different and beautiful for that. There is no “wrong” way to feel, it’s just how your mind, body, and spirit are adjusting to help you live and thrive at your highest potential.

Per Cleveland Clinic: “Reiki complements other types of medical and therapeutic treatments, and it can increase the efficacy of other types of healing. If you’re already in good health, though, regular reiki treatments can enhance your ability to respond to stress and serve as a form of preventive medicine.”
Additionally, Reiki / Energy Healing can be a great resource if a client cannot be physically touched due to pain and/or injury.

There is no affiliation with any particular religion or practice and can still be enlightening to all walks of life, beliefs, and cultural practices. I call upon your Spiritual Guides and beliefs to help facilitate and protect our work together. I would like to tell you a bit about who I am, how I got here, and why I want to work with you.

It is my honor to be an Intuitive/Medium and Energy Healing Practitioner to connect clients to their inner brilliance and depth of their lifetimes.
I’m passionate about helping clients remember their inner light, what makes them unique, important, and radiant, flaws and all. Providing a gentle landing place for them to rest, let go of the worries, and find balance.

Raised in northern Michigan, in a big, busy family, with lots of love and schedules to juggle, I always knew there was something different about my experience in this world. I’ve always experienced the world around me very deeply. I’ve had many call me an “old soul,” and an “Empath.” Since I was a small child, I leaned into the serenity I found within the unseen, natural world. I saw colors (or auras) around my loved ones, received messages from stranger’s ancestors, messages of love and comfort from the Otherside, could feel the feelings and memories of those around me, communicated with plants and animals, and held space for others to experience the full spectrum of their memories, emotions and dreams.

I have lived a very full life despite my age. I have traveled near and far, visiting over 20 countries across the world to broaden my knowledge, understanding, and empathy for other cultures and traditions. I have grown through many traumatic life experiences with the help of many traditional and alternative practices. Creating a space for trauma-informed care is very important for me to offer to my clients.
I have a diverse vocational background, ranging from landscaping/gardening, selling hiking shoes, being a medical assistant, and currently coordinating activities for the senior population at an assisted living community, and more. While working in the medical field, I unlocked a new layer to my “spiritual gifts,” I had numerous patients confide painful memories with me and miraculously, the physical pain and symptoms they were experiencing, disappeared. They no longer required medical treatment for the ailments that brought them in. Having a background in social work, I knew there was something bigger to explore here.

How do our ancestors lives shape our experiences?
Can we change inopportune things in our lives in a way that feels nourishing and easy and not like punishment or “work?”
How can we fall more in love with ourselves?
How does that impact our relationships around us?
I began researching and diving deep into psychology, somatic approaches to healing, spiritual experiences that shift our lives, epigenetics and how our ancestors lives impact us today, plant medicine/alternative, wholistic approaches to illness, reiki/energy healing, and much more.

I encountered life altering diagnoses, my health began to decline rapidly. I was diagnosed with multiple, debilitating, rare chronic illnesses. I was no longer able to work my normal job, I required numerous surgeries with long recoveries, and the faced a new season of challenging inner work associated with illness and the grief that follows. I reflected a lot on why we become ill, how our bodies try and show us what they need to heal, and how to listen to my Spirit Guides to find solace in this seemingly endless season of rest, reflection, and healing. I tried everything, diets, medicines, yoga, various therapies, consulted with world-renowned doctors, then I took Reiki I and began my journey with energy healing. Something big shifted in my world. I was still sick, but I was less depressed and fearful of how much my life has changed. I felt the most relief from the pain through energy healing and that felt like an immense miracle I needed to nurture and share with others.

I dove deeper into researching this phenomena of energy healing. I became certified in Usui Reiki I, II, and III (Master level), animal reiki, and numerous other alternative, holistic healing modalities, with myself as the first client. I hope to expand my services in the near future as I feel called to share what I’ve learned from other courses of study. I believe we must continue learning, always. I believe practitioners should expand with their clients, as should their depth and fields of study. I want to flow and grow with my client’s needs, to help the world be a kinder, more compassionate and aware place. Being the ripple that helps others find their own healing capabilities within, and the ripples grows outward from there.
